Have The Zoo Crew visit you to provide a exciting hands- on animal
experience that you will be sure to remember!
A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to complete your event booking.
Party Options and Fees:

Mix & Match Party: 1-hour event, includes 8-9 animals with a variety of mammals and reptiles, $275

BFF Birthday: 1-hour event (Birthday with Furry Friends). Allows the birthday child to brush the bunny and includes 7-8 mammals, $305

Budget Friendly Birthday: Weekday (Monday-Friday) birthday parties, available for Mix & Match and BFF Birthdays, 1-hour costs start at $255
All formats listed above are 1 hour and are suitable for all ages.
Event are also available in a 45-minute option. The 45-minute length is best suited for children 4-years and under and 45-minute pricing starts as low as $235 on weekdays and $255 on weekends (includes 6-7 animals).

Join us at our facility for our 2-hour onsite birthday party package for some hands-on animal fun and a craft! During your 1-hour hands-on animal show, a picture of each child with an animal will be taken and printed to go in their take-home picture frame craft. After assembling the craft, you will have free time to have cake and open presents. Our kitchen will be at your disposal.
Accessibility:
If you are planning to host your special event at our Osgoode facility, please note that our space is located in the basement of a building. The building is not equipped with an elevator. Should this be an issue, we are always able to visit you with the animals at your home or venue of your choosing. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions regarding accessibility.

What goes on at a The Zoo Crew Party?
Where it takes place
Your home or chosen location (community centre, classroom, club, etc.)
Before your party
Our Zoo Crew Coordinator arrives 10–15 minutes early to set up.
All we need is enough space for guests to sit comfortably in a circle on the floor.
Tip: Please ask guests to arrive a few minutes early so everyone is settled and ready to begin on time.
How the party runs
We’ll start with a quick welcome, a short overview of how to interact safely, and a few simple rules so everyone - kids, adults, and animals - feels comfortable.
Then the fun begins! Your group will meet 8–9 animals, with plenty of opportunities to:

interact up close with our animal ambassadors

learn fun facts about each animal’s habitat, behaviour, and care
Wrapping up
When the experience ends, guests will be asked to wash their hands.

Some animals may not be handled by guests, depending on their comfort and safety needs.

Photos are welcome! Please follow the coordinator’s guidance for safe picture taking.
