Have The Zoo Crew visit you to provide a exciting hands- on animal 

experience that you will be sure to remember!

 

The cost of a 1 hour event starts at  $255 plus event travel fee  + HST 

A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to complete your event booking. 

Travel fees are distance based calculated from our Osgoode location.

  • Zone 1: up to 35km from our location.– no travel charge.

  • Zone 2: 36 to 50 km from our location – $25 +HST travel charge.

  • Zone 3: 51 to 70 km from our location – $35 +HST travel charge.

  • Zone 4: 71 to 90 km from our location – $45 +HST travel charge.

Join us at our facility for our 2-hour onsite birthday party package for some hands-on animal fun and a craft! During your 1-hour hands-on animal show, a picture of each child with an animal will be taken and printed to go in their take-home picture frame craft. After assembling the craft, you will have free time to have cake and open presents.  Our kitchen will be at your disposal. 

Accessibility: If you are planning to host your special event at our Osgoode facility, please note that our space is located in the basement of a building. The building is not equipped with an elevator. Should this be an issue, we are always able to visit you with the animals at your home or venue of your choosing. Please do not hesitate to reach out should you have any questions regarding accessibility.

 

The cost for a party at our location is $445 + HST. This includes up to 15 children. Additional children can be added for $10 + HST each.  A non-refundable deposit will be required at time of booking to complete your event booking. 

Package details

  • 2-hour space rental

  • All dinner/dessert plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, tablecloths and balloons/banners provided

  • The use of our kitchen, fridge and freezer

  • The package includes up to 15 children

  • 1 Pawsitively Pets Staff

  • GREAT TAKE HOME FOR YOUR GUESTS: 1 picture frame to decorate and 1 photograph per child

  • Room limit permits a maximum of 25 people (adults included) 

Our Osgoode location is a fun place to host your next party

Party plates, cups and utensils are included for the party guests as well as 2 bunches of helium balloons

Our on site party guests get to assemble an animal picture frame for their picture with an animal as a take home gift.

What goes on at a The Zoo Crew Party?

At your home or location (Community Center, Club, Classroom)

Our The Zoo Crew Coordinator will arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your reserved time in order to set up. All we need is enough space for all your guests to sit comfortably in a circle on the floor.

We suggest that you ask your guests to arrive early enough so that everyone is present and settled at the time your The Zoo Crew Party is scheduled to begin.

Your The Zoo Crew party will begin with a short introduction and explanation of the rules. This will ensure that your guests as well as the animals feel comfortable and at ease with one another.

Your The Zoo Crew party is a fun and exciting hour, where you and your guests will be meeting 8-10 animals, who you will be able to hold, pet and interact with, while learning about their habitat, behaviour, etc.

When the lively and interactive hour comes to an end your guests will be asked to wash their hands.

Our The Zoo Crew coordinators are trained to work with the dynamics of each individual group. It is not a formal show, but instead a highly interactive experience. Our goal is to make each guest, child, or adult  feel welcome and comfortable. If this is a birthday party, we focus on the birthday child to make their day incredibly special and unforgettable.

Please take note:
 

  • For the HEALTH & SAFETY of our animals, all parties & programs must be held indoors (outdoor events can be pre-arranged upon booking)

  • For those guests who are allergic to furry animals, we always try to send along non-furry creatures, thus encouraging every guest to participate in the fun. Try to let us know in advance, so we can choose the appropriate animals for your program

  • Your presenter will be equipped with hand sanitizer to sanitize hands before and after the presentation.
